Generally have the parts you need or the specifications you're looking for. The salesmen are only as stupid as the person asking for the parts. I'd chose this place over the competitor across the road just due to the cheaper price and better availability. Coming from the auto industry I can assure you all the parts from any of the big box auto stores are all made by nearly the same person only with a diffrent sticker and box for retail delivery. The deciding factor is the length of the warranties and the honoring replacement parts in situations where the end user may be at fault and not the part itself. All that said autozone has been my home for car parts, accessories, and cleaning/tune-up needs for over 20 years. It's all about doing your homework and asking for the right part before placing blame on the people who wait on you, thst being said some are more knowledgeable than others that can help in finding the right solution for the problem and that's why the guys there, Phill, Bobby M., and a few other long term employees make all the difference.
