My fiancé was taken to the Seminole Emergency Room on 09/07/17 following an accident on a dirt bike. They ran an X-ray on his neck due to pain he was complaining of but nothing else.No precautions were taken. On 09/12/17 my fiancé was still complaining of severe pain and went to the next town overs ER (Shawnee). After telling them his symptoms and about the accident 5 days prior they immediately started working. He was diagnosed with lacerations to the liver! THANK GOD everything checked out okay, but we were told if anything serious or emergent were to happen it would have been within the first day or so. So screw you Seminole Er
If you can avoid this hospital, it is probably best. Rude night nurse. (Robin?) And the receptionist who was supposed to set up my official payment arrangement, failed to enter than into the computer although she asked me twice which day I preferred the payment to be due. This caused the unofficial payments that I was making towards the bill not enough apparently to be saved from being turned into collections. And calling to try to resolve the issue is a waste of time. Obviously this company has no accountability. Save yourself the hassle and make the drive to Shawnee or OKC if you can. At least you might get answers for your money.
Our daughter was killed in a car accident and her husband and two children (7 & 9) were taken to this hospital. The staff there was wonderful! They made a very difficult situation much easier to bear. They were just lovely. Can't say enough good things about them.
I recomend this hospital emergency room over shawnee st Anthony's any day. The waiting time is a lot less than shawnee.
