Front desk was very helpful and personable. Made us feel like special visitors. Went out of the way to accommodate us for my handicapped husband. Rooms looked new and were spotless. The coffee pot in the room was a nice perk. Breakfast had a nice selection. The staff everywhere were friendly, even the ones we passed in the hallway. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this place!
Best hotel ever. My husband and I have been staying in hotels a little more recently. This by far is our favorite. We could easily save $20 using a cheaper hotel chain but we have decided Best Western is so worth the little extra. The rooms are great and clean. The bed is oh so comfy with the best pillows. Definitely worth the extra money for the extra comforts. Breakfast is a full breakfast. Not just pastries and juice. It is so yummy and hot!. I signed up for the rewards program and will definitely be using it to its fullest extent.
Service was nice.. Our room was nice and water pressure great.. the pool was warm which was really nice but the best off it all was the two ladies doing the Sunday breakfast.. they were fantastic and kept the food full and the dining room clean! Thank you, we will be back and stay there again
Over paid for the room. It was nice and roomy but for $96 it fell below the scale. All the rooms have a Keurig machine except this one.A I so there was NO coffee made available with the cheap pot and no carbon monoxide be detector.the rooms for $80 are no much better Also the TV did not work so I had to leave for the evening to watch a movie in town,for lack of services. You pay that much,you'd think they could afford direct TV or a dish TV.Not very pleased this time with their accommodations.. Disappointed with you Best Western.. Since this review my next visits were great and management explained situations.Also they've since updated their rooms with direct tv..Now if only the maintenance man that's there EVERY time I stay wouldn't be so handy and stop making me feel self conscious it would be perfect.I'm sure he has work to do and certainly not on my floor as I let myself in.It seems as though I'm being watched constantly by him..You decide for yourself if you're a single female.
The front desk lady gave away one of our two rooms gave some bull about the credit card being declined. I think she was just able to get a higher rate from someone else because the hotel was full. She sat and ate the free breakfast every morning and one morning she even had a friend eating and rubbing her back. Everyone else was great. She also wouldn't give us her managers number but I was there for my mothers funeral and didn't want to deal with this at that time.
