This is a local concern populated by people who have spent a lifetime in the city of Seminole and have a web of relationships. They should at least question any statements that seem questionable based on their personal.

If you see any property on her website that has been put back on the market absolutely ask for an inspection report. As a listing agent she encourages over evaluation of the properties market value. After a considerable amount of time without any offers the amount will be reduced. However the seller has had his appetite whether for more monies than the market will offer. As a potential buyer one can not deal on a realistic basis with the seller based on actual market realities and their heightened expectations.
