Third, the waitress got our order wrong. “Catfish” may sound like “calf fries”, but asking for tartar sauce should’ve been a clue to verify what was wanted.
Second, the cooks in back must’ve been in control of the music volume, too. Loud enough in the dining room to hear in back.
Sixth, even though she was told the order was wrong, the waitress never tried to correct it and smiled wide as she delivered our check with the more expensive calf fries listed instead of catfish.
We stopped here on our way home to Keystone Lake after seeing the great reviews. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing. The brisket was so tender I was able to cut through several slices with a fork. We also got the armadillo eggs and they were amazing. The cole slaw was outstanding too, most places have cole slaw that it so dry that I can't eat it. Not Bosco Joe's, literally everything we ate was so delicious. And then there was the staff, super friendly and attentive. Good job Bosco Joe's, Seminole is lucky to have you for a dining option.
First, the cooks must’ve had control of the thermostat. It couldn’t have been more than 65 degrees. My wife had to get a coat from the car.
Fifth, after a less that stellar experience, it was time to visit the restroom. Cold, filthy, and smelly is the best I can describe it. The cheap toilet paper was “single layer” thin and tore continually. The only way to dry your hands was a small blower. While it did work, that left retrieving more cheap tissue to open the door you could see hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

I was very saddened last night. You were out of the ribs we always get and out of salad and corn. We ordered the other ribs the waitress recommended. We waited about 30 minutes and ate all the crackers and waitress didnt even ck on us. Gentleman saw me looking for crackers and got them.for me. Never could get a refill until I flagged the waitress after about 45 minutes and 2 baskets of cracker for my Grandson and I we just asked for our order to go and a to go coke and then I had a order a to go for my husband. . So 3 meals at 62.00 and we couldn't even eat the little bit of ribs that we got. Very greasy and bad taste. This is one of our favorite places to come and we drive from Calvin. So I was very saddened to spend that much time and money on a meal that went to the dogs.

I tried this place a month ago and told myself I’d give it another try. This visit was last night. Bad idea. Order was wrong that time. Food was cold then. Restroom filthy. And check was wrong. If we hadn’t been with friends, we’d have left before ordering!
I stop by Biscos every Friday night on the way home from CLEET. I usually get the two meat combo (catfish and sliced beef) and OMG it is melt in your mouth delicious. Always a friendly, nice staff, never any wait... good place!
Fourth, since the dining room was so cold, the food was cool when delivered and chilled quickly.
